5 Stars water workout
Great book. Explains things well. My water pilates instructor had the book and felt that it was very good as well.

4 Stars Extremely Helpful and a lot of fun
As a total non-swimmer and out of shape middle-aged woman, I found this book extremely helpful and the exercises a lot of fun. I don’t really know any swimming strokes, but love the water and found these exercises have helped me to put on some muscle and take off some weight. I have osteoarthritis in my knees, shoulder problems, neck problems, and had hurt my feet on the treadmill. With this book I was able to keep exercising. I have loved it. The only reason I didn’t give it a five is because it’s not water proof and needs something you can take with you to the water area, if not into the water. I found the directions easy to follow.

1 Star Horrible
I recently started doing a lot of swimming and water exercises. There are several great books but this is not one of them. The book was done on the cheap with no photos to help you understand the exercise, just some line drawings.

5 Stars FANTASTIC!
As a (almost) 16 year old swimmer who has been swimming before I could walk, I am always looking for ways to improve my swimmimg (which is the core of my fitness program). This is an excellent book and I recommend it to anyone who LOVES the water!

Treat Your Own Rotator Cuff

Based entirely on research from peer-reviewed journals and randomized controlled trials, Treat Your Own Rotator Cuff is a complete program to prevent and rehabilitate rotator cuff injuries for athletes and non-athletes alike. In less than 100 pages, readers will learn precisely how the rotator cuff works, what can go wrong with it, and then are guided step-by-step through an evidence-based program that takes just minutes a week to complete. Drawing from the latest rotator cuff research, Treat Your Own Rotator Cuff will be especially useful for those who have been diagnosed with either a partial or full-thickness rotator cuff tear, experience shoulder pain, do upper body weight lifting, play a sport or have a job that involves repeated arm motions above shoulder level, have been diagnosed with “impingement syndrome,” or for anyone simply wanting a healthy and properly functioning rotator cuff.

4 Stars Good introduction
Good introduction to rotator cuff problems, with the right balance of technical information and practical help. The focus on academic literature was reassuring and provides ammunition when discussing these issues with a doctor. I have been following the program and it has worked so far. Does not get 5 stars as it is a little pricey.

5 Stars Great book
Excellent book. I sorted out my rotor cuff issue in 6 weeks with the exercises the book recommended.

4 Stars Rotator rehab–Great
Well written, easy to understand and follow, extremely helpful. If you are having shoulder problems, this book is for you.

5 Stars Excellent!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I ordered this book after injuring my left shoulder at work. I am a paramedic and familiar with the shoulder anatomy, and was skeptical this would work. After thirty days, though, I am skeptical no longer! I am now almost pain-free. A lot cheaper than surgery! I mean, why not try it? If you wait and have to have surgery, you’ll wind up doing the exercises anyway in rehab afterwards!!! Highly recommended.

5 Stars Very helpful and to the point…
For anyone that’s having rotator cuff issues, I recommend this book highly. Has just enough technical info to get you acquainted to what is/might be going one, but has a lot of helpful exercises and stretches that should help you get to where you want to be, which is more important, anyway. Highly recommended.
